Dr. Zalpuri is a licensed physician in California and double board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) in General Psychiatry and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. As a psychiatrist, she is able to prescribe medications as well as provide psychotherapy for individuals or parents. Her expertise is in Anxiety Disorders and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD).
She is also a Clinical Professor at Stanford University where she co-directs the Pediatric Anxiety and OCD clinic and trains the next generation of Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists as the Program Director of the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship. During her career, she has won numerous awards and published extensively.
